Our Mission
Our mission at Future Hopes is to create and inspire an inclusive environment where individuals with learning disabilities can thrive. We are committed to providing healthy, meaningful activities, and opportunities for growth, promoting independence and choice. To enhance confidence and social connections.
Our Team
At Future Hopes, our team works collaboratively to empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We are a small team of
dedicated care professionals with a wealth of experience which we would love to share with you. Tim has been a registered manager in the care industry for over 40 years. Helen worked as a TA in a school for 15 years, before working with
Adults with LD in a residential setting. Justine has worked supporting adults with LD for over seven years in both residential and day settings.
Our Programmes
Our ethos is to encourage and promote activities for healthy lifestyle choices. This will include person centred activities to develop and enhance each individual. Throughout the
day we will offer a variety of opportunities including movement, dance and exercise routines, planning and preparing healthy choice meals and snacks, as well as arts
and crafts, outdoor sports, various tabletop activities, also growing a range of produce to sell at our “once a month friends and family café.”
